Pre order content missing and transfer market access

I am missing my preorder content and rewards.

I preordered EA FC 25 before the deadline to get the additional rewards, this includes the FC points, the evolutions and most importantly the origin hero pack. 1 week into the game I still not had any access to these rewards and unfortunately my account was then hacked. I tried to reach out the EA team explaining my situation and have gotten absolutely NO help from their support team. All I get replied with is to review the troubleshooting steps in their blog, thats it. I have tried to contact EA multiple times regarding this issue and still no solution. It really sucks that I spent more money in a timely manner to get advantage of better rewards and have not even had a glimpse of them. I was promised by an EA representative that I could make a new account and the rewards would be granted on that account, still nothing has happened. I have shown proof of date of purchase before deadline as well as all of the details they have asked me to provide to confirm that I bought the game and still nothing. I have proof of purchase and all of the necessary information if required. I just want to access my rewards on my new account since I can't even get any access to my old account. Moreover I am also having an issue accessing the transfer market in the companion app, once again I have contacted EA and followed all the steps in their troubleshooting blog in order to access the transfer market and its been TWO weeks and still don't have any access. As a player that doesn't have much time to game on console, having transfer market access in the companion app is also very ESSENTIAL for me. I would greatly appreciate if both of these issue could be fixed in a timely manner and if I could get any reliable assistance and actually get useful information thats going to help me instead of redirecting me and not  doing anything about the issue at hand.
