Premium pass evo issue

I did the LW evolution on the same player before that, he had only the ST position and it worked fine. The cosmetic shapeshifter has been applied and the LW position was added without problem. Then I did the Cut & Curl evo which add a third position RW. But when I tried to add the forth position by using the pass evo MDC, I was able to select my player which fit the requirements as he only had 3 positions and can take a forth one but when I finish the evo, only the cosmetic shapeshifter applied and not CDM position. I thought it might be a visual issue but it was not. When I tried to used the Destroyer evo on him or Just a Gimmick evo, the player doesn't fit the requirements as he doesn't have the CDM position. So this is an issue and I don't know how to fix this as EA support team doesn't reply to any of my requests to fix this...

By the way, I opened 4 cases with EA support and get every time the same answer as you can see on the screenshot and they then closed every cases. So don’t waste your time trying to contact them and get an issue as they don’t care and don’t reply to anything at all. We bought this game, paid 500k for the premium pass to finally getting evos that doesn’t work. And as you all see in the end the evo is waisted and cannot be found anymore to use it on someone else. So disappointing….

The cdm evolution not working is reportedly under investigation, so they'll probably take a look into this as well. These issues have already affected my plans and certain evolutions have either expired or soon will.

Same happened to me ,I'd chained mitrovic and put any pis striker on and it didn't add the striker position , I never realised till I then put him in the 500k training camp Evo on the web app , so now I feel like I've waisted my time and my 500k
