Pro clubs progression after deleting game file save

I recently accidentally deleted my games save while trying to load in, to my relief after making a new one my UT was still fully intact. However when I go to check my pro clubs all my skills progress...

Hey Aleks124345​ if you deleted your save then it would not be possible to get those back.

    I can understand that but then how would I be able to regain those skill points when my player is still at level 52 ? I will only be able to gain the skill points that are available after level 52 - correct me if I’m wrong
