PS4 Controller Bug

Hi

I have dual shock 4 and purchased FC 25 from EA App not Steam, When I connect the controller whether by Bluetooth or by USB, it works well but suddenly buttons functionality disturbance

Example When I Click Sprint "R1" player doesn't sprint or trying to do skills by right analog, doesn't make anything

I searched a lot across the EA forums and YouTube Videos and Tried everything the said but in Vain.

I Tried to add it to steam as a non steam game and disabled steam input device and didn't work also

Could anyone please help as I recently Purchased FC25 and can't play a single match by this situation.
