Hi @dinnamo1927, EA Play 10-hour trial doesn't reset the progress of your game. 

Also, since you purchased the Ultimate Edition, you will have full access to the game from September 20th. Just check your order history from Steam (Link) to be sure you completed the preorder for the game.
