@thermalboom "do not effect gameplay in anyway" it means that don't change the stats

- @b24073 Yeah i get the rarity thing but don’t you see any absurd here? Then why should we use any of this cosmetic things when they make our cards unplayable since they reduce chem boost?
- @b24073 And also what about for example rttk cards? When i put cosmetic evo on them and CHANGE their rarity should’t they receive upgrades?
