Personally I think it’s better they address issues openly instead of hiding them in posts where they claim it’s fixed and here we are now 3 weeks later and they still say it’s fixed with zero comments since.

Ea have given an answer as you say, but not commented afterwards to admit the issue is still ongoing. Plus it would be good to say you’re moving it. I had no idea it had been moved at first so assumed it was being deleted to hide their issues.

but thanks for adding yet nothing to another post. Hope you’re getting the attention from ea for commenting on everything but j out addressing the actual issue. But so long as it’s easier for ea, god forbid someone actually did some work and provide actual customer service 

If someone from ea actually replied with updated that would be a start! 3 weeks ago these packs were due, within a couple days they say it’s all sorted and since then they have said nothing! It is clearly being ignored from a customer perspective! They might be doing stuff behind the scenes (as they damn well should be) but to not even say we have noticed people and are looking into it, or acknowledge it in anyway is shameful and yet again all you do is defend them regardless of the situation. I’ve asked you multiple times to not reply to my posts as you add NOTHING. I genuinely believe you and your opinion is superior to everyone else’s from how you talk to people and frankly it’s people with this wa can’t do anything wrong attitude or oh they are busy we need to make it easy for them is what is so wrong with this community 

I’m not here to help other people. There’s zero obligation to help anyone here. Great for you that you want to do that, but I come here to address issues with this game. If I see a post that I can help with I will, but I don’t feel the need to read and comment on every post like you clearly do.

You literally argue with me on any post I make about my point. You don’t help you simply defend ea regardless of the point. I would look in the mirror before stating that people can’t be reasoned with. Numerous times I’ve said just don’t reply on posts I make, yet you have to add your 2p worth and argue. You’re genuinely borderline stalkery on here, it’s sad and creepy. All in the aim of what? Hoping to become a moderator and not just have a little champion badge that gives you an air of importance? Dude genuinely you need to get off these boards defending ea like it will result in a job or something. 

money post you defend the state of rush, people comment it’s been done badly compared to other games like 2k and your response well the community would ruin it. You can’t hear a bad word about ea.

It’s fine if you don’t want to help people but at least appreciate it’s not always about defending ea or being anti ea some people just want to help others.

It’s like if someone doesn’t agree with you all you want to do is argue with them just be self aware.

Also maybe pick a thread I am defending ea in to argue about it. I am literally saying there is a bug because the game is broken people need help and your argument will make it more difficult to get people help. That’s not defending ea saying the game is broken and people need help. It’s just disagreeing with you.

You’re such a hypocrite, you seem to just want to antagonise people. Are you ok? Like genuinely? You just can’t help yourself from replying, like some narcissistic tendency that makes you feel like have to get the last word in. As I’ve said numerous times, please just ignore any post I make or comment I make. I have ZERO interest in ANYTHING you have to say. Even if you know the answer, I’d rather not hear it from you. Like genuinely if you’re just here to troll then reply. If you’re here for as you say “to help” just leave me alone dude I’m not interested in whatever you have to say

End of the day it’s yet more mistakes with the rivals rewards, saying oh they are working on it…great, but yet again it highlights just how incompetent they are!

great they post 5 times saying fixed that, but since they said the fc24 rewards were fixed they have said NOTHING. That’s the issue. All well and good addressing yet more issues with the game; but can’t just ignore all the stuff they already have broken that they are still to resolve.

no offence to you, I’m sure some people like your responding saying they are working on it, personally I want to hear from ea directly. The fact the forums is the only way to communicate with them is shambolic as again no offence I want to hear from ea directly and not some random person with no official affiliation with ea, no access to the studio (as far as I know) say oh they will be working on it. I just want what was promised over three weeks ago. It shouldn’t be that hard for someone actually from ea to speak to the community instead of sticking their heads in the sand on this topic and ignoring everyone with the issue

They are ignoring it though. There have been numerous comments, tags etc since they said it’s sorted and they haven’t said a word. There have been posts about it moved to the same post and yet they still don’t say anything. 

zero communication when they are moving the posts (which means they see them) and not commenting, it’s literally the definition of ignoring 

They may have updated him in Dutch but English one has been ignored every day for three weeks! There’s a guy who daily messages and has been ignored totally for it 

Last ea comment on English one says issue fixed, hence the frustration of three weeks being ignored. Like I said one guy messages daily asking for update and is ignored!
