Consoles don't have the "Pro" version of EA Play, only PC

Just as @RobTheStump said, the EA Play Pro edition is PC (EA app specifically) exclusive. There's no way to share rewards or progress between platforms, so that's why you're not getting the EA Play Pro rewards on your Xbox. - @EA_QueenBee Hi, I have play pro on PC and haven't received the 3rd fp drop.
