Refusing to fix or acknowledge issue

Rivals and Champs impossible to play, the game jumps and freezes on the pre game animation, let alone getting as far as the game play. All suggested fixes by EA have been attempted and no change. Other games, TV streaming work fine. FC25 the only one with an issue. This has been going on for a week - no change.
