Rivals rewards, 30 points, ultimate edition vanished

Hi folks - week 1 of rivals i achieved 30 points in the division i was in. Unfortunately when going to retrieve i clicked to claim and it glitched and my rewards vanished. This followed a bug I had where the game wouldn't let me progress is the early competition and would not match me. I have now spoke to Live Chat but i am yet to have a resolution.

This has made it very frustrating if i am going to grind for a reward to then not to get it.
