Season Pass is not working after I bought it for 500k

So two days ago I bought the premium season pass but then the entire season pass stopped loading and it would say “the season pass Service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass” I contacted the support today and he told me to write my problem here and the community manager will give me my coins back.
