Are you playing every match on ultimate difficulty and winning 5-0?

If not, then it is unlikely that you would have enough points to get there. You can check outside the game sources to find the scores in rank 200, and you will see that the gap between there and elite 1 is by far the largest of all, so you probably shouldn't be expecting to see your rank increase that quickly, if at all.

Another possibility is you have played all your 12 games and are no longer getting points.
