Still missing toty grimaldo

I'd like to say I was told the issue was fixed and the correct players sent out but I have yet to receive my toty grimaldo. I packed him during when he was out in packs but only received his gold card. I've been on support chat and they said to put a message on here to see if anyone can actually help me out with this problem.
