Support hasnt repsonded in a week help
Still no answer from support after 7 days. Case is still in progress with no update. Any help would be appreciated. Case #213568234

Community ManagerIf still showing in progress Remus243905 then the best thing to do is to give it some time and wait for the team to respond.
Depending on a number of factors, cases in the queue, the issue and so on it can take a little longer than expected for a reply.
