Question

I have had this error message since 7pm last night and spoke to 2 agents on live chat. "our team are working on this" 15 hours later "we are still working on this." can anyone help what to do or what i can do? or is anyone having the same issue?

For me clearing&nbsp; my ps5 cashes and rename my club it seems they solved this issue!
