Time needed to receive my money after refund

I purchased the EA play kbership for a year then upgraded to EA Pro monthly and received an email that my money was refunded but actually received nothing. Does it take a bit of tome or something?

    Hey @nubcops04 It can take 7–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on the payment method.
