TOTS evolution upgrade

Firstly ea need a lot of work on evolutions for next year as someone who does a past n present on yeovil town.I currently have an issue as i tried very hard to get red josh neuvile i completed that mission.I am now trying to put him into this evolution and you cant it makes no sense to me and just laziness by ea i hope someone can help.
