TOTY Evo Star III and IV not showing up

I'm not able to see the TOTY Evo Star III and IV evolutions even though I was able to complete I and II and i've been doing the TOTY login SBCs every day. Not sure if i'm missing another activity or challenge that I should be doing. This seems strange as others are seeing this EVO.

I played the TOTY cup once but don't see it in the friendlies any more and I didn't get the 3 and 4 evos. Will it be coming back?
