Hi All,
An update for those that are frustrated since EA algorithm flagged their transaction as coins selling.
My case is described above, it was a legit transaction. After 7 appeals, 3 conversations with EA advisors, sending notice of dispute I was about to give up. I was all the time getting rejections without any reasoning apart from allegations that I was involved in coins distribution. All these rejections by Terms of Service team are more less automatic without really looking into the transaction - algorithm says it's coin selling so TOS team rejects it. But the system works wrong!
I even submitted SAR request - access to all my transactions, to be able to confirm my stand point. I didn't get response to that.
The last thing that I did was to submit complaint through BBB (Better Business Bureau) that is an external organization collecting complaints and asking companies to response. I was not hoping for anything but 24h after I sent the complaint miracle happenned - my transfer market got unblocked!!!
I obviously still didn't get any response directly from EA, no apologies whatsoever.
This company is a joke. They chase us, legit players while not really chassing those that are really coin selling. I see plenty of weird transactions on the market, those should be verified rather than legit ones like mine.
Anyway my story has positive end but I can make a bet that 99% of players just give up. EA not sure if this is the right way to go.
If you have any questions or I can be of any help, just shout here.
Can you please explain how to submit complaint through BBB ?
