Transfer market locked

I have played ultimate team on my account for 5 days now and still the transfermarket hasn’t been unlocked in companion app it says i have to play 3 matches each day which i have been playing more than 3 every day but it hasn’t been unlocked yet, can someone from the ea support team help me out?

    Nobody can unlock it for you. It will take longer if you have multiple accounts or have been banned. Other than that you just have to keep playing.

    I have the same problem. However it is my first UT acc on this game
