Transfer Market Still Locked on Web App Despite Completing Objectives

Question

I’ve been actively playing for 14 full days (since account creation), completed the FUT Foundation Objectives required to unlock Transfer Market access, yet the market remains completely locked on the Web App. The in-game console message still says: "Keep playing FUT to unlock the Transfer Market."
