Earlier today I just opened a thread here, complaining that since yesterday they are not answering my ticket.
I am staying with that ticket open and it keeps showing my "Wait time : 5 minutes" but the time does not decrease.
I swear it's impossible to get some help......

Does it show that you need to wait 5 minutes to start a chat?
Do you have any ad or pop-up blockers installed in your browser? If yes, can you please try disabling it for the EA Help website to see if you can get the chat to appear?
