Unable to Launch FIFA 25 – “There is a problem with your game’s setup” Error

Hello EA Support Team,

I am unable to launch FIFA 25 via the EA App on my Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) PC. Every time I click

Play, I receive the following error:

“There is a problem with your game’s setup. Please reinstall your game.”

I have already tried all standard and advanced troubleshooting steps without success:

1. Ran **sfc /scannow  and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (no integrity violations).  
2. Installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributables (x86 & x64) and .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.x.  
3. Enabled MSIX Packaging Tool Driver and Developer Mode.  
4. Performed Repair and Reset of the EA App via Windows Settings.  
5. Re-registered the EA App package in PowerShell (`Get-AppxPackage` → `Add-AppxPackage -Register`).  
6. Launched the EA App under the SYSTEM account using PsExec.  
7. Verified that EA Background Service and EA Core Service are set to Automatic and running.  
8. Cleared the Epic Games Launcher cache and Verified game files.  
9. Uninstalled FIFA 25, deleted any leftover folders manually, and reinstalled.  
10. Disconnected and re-connected my Epic Games account in the EA App and confirmed my license.

Attachments:
- `logs.zip` containing the full EA App logs from `C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\logs`  
- Screenshots of the error dialog and relevant Event Viewer entries (SideBySide Event ID 78)

Please review these details and advise on a fix or provide a hotfix/patch for the current build.

    Thank you for your response.
    As requested, I’ve attached my DxDiag.txt file.

    I’ve reviewed the report myself, and my system appears to be healthy and fully compatible (Windows 11 Pro, RTX 4060 Ti, 32GB RAM, DirectX 12, WHQL-certified drivers). However, FIFA 25 still fails to launch and always shows the error:

    “There is a problem with your game’s setup. Please reinstall your game.”

    Additional note:
    I already uninstalled all EA-related apps and FIFA 25 completely, deleted all remaining files manually, and reinstalled everything from scratch.
    During the re-download of FIFA 25 in the EA App, the progress stayed at 90% for quite a while, then suddenly switched to "Completed" without showing the usual finalization steps. I’m not sure if that was expected behavior.

    I would really appreciate your help in resolving this, as the game has never worked since the day I purchased it.

    Can you rerun the DxDiag in English if possible?

    Seeing a number of errors and issues there but want to be sure.
