Unable to tackle during matches and it's costing me results

My gameplay when defending is getting ridiculous my players are just not defending properly and the backline seems unable to to track opponents attackers my players that are trying to score are aimin...

It’s basically unplayable even though I have no delay. They have just made offense to easy. It might even be worse if you don’t have connection issues.
