Why were Inter and Arsenal downgraded after major wins?

Can someone from the dev team explain why Inter Milan players were downgraded after beating Bayern 2-1 in Munich, and why Arsenal got nerfed after destroying Real Madrid 3-0 at home?

These results clearly reflect strong real-world performances, and yet Bayern and Madrid players got buffed instead. It feels unfair and disconnected from reality. Are fanbase sizes influencing ratings more than actual football?

We’d appreciate some transparency on the rating criteria moving forward.
