Will EA fix the immortal EVO?

From what I have seen, I am sure many people have spoken in this forum about the Champs and rivals 90 to 91 and 91 to 92 evo, where people decided to play Champs since the evo came out last Friday and put the evo in and now cannot evolve it to 92 making it 94. Who knows if EA actually reads these, let alone does anything if they do. I have seen 27 threads over this same ordeal and nothing has been done. I opened a ticket with EA Help, and it seems they say that "things are being looked into" with only 6 days left for the evo to be applied. I am guessing EA does not care whatsoever about their fanbase, nor the players who did this. I know it could be easily changed to make both evos max 91 so that those that put it in the champs evo can finish the immortal icon evo, but I guess we sit and wait to see if EA actually cares about the players.
