wrong linked twitch account

Try these steps and see if this helps.

1. Login into EA account
2. Go to Connected Accounts
3. Unlink previous twitch account
4. And start new twitch account linking process again.

it says you cant re link to a new account you have to link it to the same account

My understanding of this message is,
1. You will not be able to log in to EA services using a Twitch account. (This means twitch login option won't be allowed, but you will continue to log in with your EA ID or your email.)
2. You will not be able to relink the same account until mention date (but you can link other account).

Read their help article in that message and get clarification from EA help to be on a safer side.
