Wrongfully Banned by EA – No Real Investigation, No Support, Just Silence
I wanted to share my recent experience with EA because I feel completely let down and unheard. My account, “Flasy,” was suddenly banned for supposedly being involved in coin distribution in EA SPORTS FC. This came out of nowhere—no warning, no explanation, just a permanent ban right before the weekend (which is the only time I get to actually play). What’s even more frustrating is how EA handled it. I submitted an appeal, explained everything in detail, and even attached screenshots of my recent in-game transactions showing nothing suspicious. I’ve never bought, sold, or transferred coins—ever. Still, I got a generic email saying the decision stands, with no actual evidence or mention of what I supposedly did wrong. And here’s the kicker: I even spoke to EA Live Chat support, and the agent I talked to said they didn’t see any suspicious activity on my account. That just adds to the confusion. If live support can’t even find an issue, how was I banned? I’ve asked repeatedly for the case to be escalated to someone higher up or for a more detailed review, but I’m just getting ignored at this point. It honestly feels like EA doesn’t care. After years of playing and spending real money, it’s like they’re just taking my investment and kicking me out without cause. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you ever able to actually get your account back or talk to someone with real authority? I’m not giving up on this because I know I’ve done nothing wrong.
