“EA FC 25 Rivals Mode Disconnection Issue on Xbox Series S”
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with EA FC 25 in Rivals mode. My game is up to date, and I am playing on an Xbox Series S console. My internet connection is stable, with download speeds of 92.71 MB/s, upload speeds of 14 MB/s, and a latency of 69 ms. My NAT status is “Moderate.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted my console, and reset my network settings, but the problem persists.
The issue is as follows: While playing online in Rivals mode, I receive a message stating “Connection to the opponent has been lost. We will review the match report to determine the winner and loser,” and I am disconnected from the game. This has been happening for a long time, and sometimes I can play, while other times I am constantly disconnected. I have no internet issues, and I am certain I have not been banned.
