“EA FC 25 Rivals Mode Disconnection Issue on Xbox Series S”

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with EA FC 25 in Rivals mode. My game is up to date, and I am playing on an Xbox Series S console. My internet connection is stable, with download speeds of 92.71 MB/s, upload speeds of 14 MB/s, and a latency of 69 ms. My NAT status is “Moderate.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted my console, and reset my network settings, but the problem persists.

The issue is as follows: While playing online in Rivals mode, I receive a message stating “Connection to the opponent has been lost. We will review the match report to determine the winner and loser,” and I am disconnected from the game. This has been happening for a long time, and sometimes I can play, while other times I am constantly disconnected. I have no internet issues, and I am certain I have not been banned.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please investigate my account and server connection? If additional information is needed, please let me know.

    Hi there. We should go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

  • I couldn’t find my match history. I’m also attaching my internet check. I recorded my issue in a video. If you provide an email, I’d like to send you the video via email.

  • Right now, I want to play Ultimate with my friend, but it keeps kicking me out. I need an urgent solution.

    “My internet speed is like this. My brother has the same device. Xbox Series S. When I open my brother’s gaming console with my account, it lets me play one match, but I get the same error in the next match. Is my account restricted?”
