FC25 Ultimate Team Crash

Starting today, when I log into Ultimate Team, I get no crash until I enter the squad screen. As soon as it launches, the game crashes and kicks me out. I have tried going into it via the menu and via the Play menu (when it goes to select your squad). Same outcome. I have restarted my ps5 multiple times and I continue to get the same error - so it is now unusable. Please help.

    Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 25 and delete the saved data.

    Hi there. Try creating a new squad and use that one instead. If that doesn't fix this, try deleting corrupted files with the instructions here.

    I cannot get to the point where I can create a new squad - when i click on the squad button, as it is opening up, it crashes. I will follow the instructions attached and feedback.

    I tried it - and it did not work. As the squad screen is opening, the game crashes.

    Will this address the Ultimate team issue or just the offline stuff? I care i I lose all my Ultimate team progress (including the packs that I've paid money for)

    Your Ultimate Team will not be affected.
