Please don’t be rude. I did read what he said. He had issues before servers which would indicate his isp. Much like your issue as ea said it was your isp.
But here op test your connection with the link below. Also in game turn on the online input overlay. This will show you two controllers one is your local and one is connected to the severs on screen. Push a button or move the stick and count how in sync or out of sync your controllers are. If you can count say 4 seconds then you have massive delay.

But yeah if you post your connection report and video showing delay I hope ea goes over it much like they did with beridan.
