An Incompatible version is installed

Initially I played the game from Steam using my friend's account, then I bought the game from EA App. I uninstalled it from Steam first then I download it again from EA App, but I cannot start the game as there's only greyed out Download button and a warning icon saying I have to uninstall steam version to launch.
