As soon as I finish the game it kicks me out

I start a game normally then when the game ends it kicks me off ultimate team saying that I couldn’t connect to the servers. And since my internet is good when playing other games, I assume it is a p...

Normally, that means you're hitting the security limits. More information on that can be found in the video here.
