Hello EA Support, I recently purchased and installed EA SPORTS FC 25 through Steam. However, when I launch the game, it gets stuck right before the main menu. The game opens, shows the stadium screen, and background music plays, but the main menu never appears. I cannot interact or progress any further. What I have already tried: - Verified game files through Steam - Updated AMD graphics drivers (RX 6700 XT) - Launched as Administrator - Disconnected all controllers and USB devices - Tried windowed mode via launch options - Added the game manually to AMD Adrenalin Software - Checked EA App login and account linking - Looked for FC 25 config folder in Documents (no folder exists) Still, the issue persists. Please help me resolve this or provide a known workaround. Thanks in advance.
