Banned by mistake for competitive advantage

Hello,

I'm having a hard time using EA Help to contact the team.

I've been banned from FC25 by mistake, and opened a case, but ... I was mad for being banned for no reason so I think I was a bit harsh on my first message (no insults just being in the fog I asked to be unbanned in a rather annoyed tone). Afterwise, I did a DSAR to retrieve my data and found the type of ban "Competitive advantage" so I wanted to edit my initial message with a calmer tone and to give more informations on what I think might have trigger this ban. I looked back to my case and saw a "Resume case" action, which allowed me to add some more informations but when I wanted to post my message i got a login window. I logged back and the resume option disapeared, and the status went from "New" to "In progress" (dunno if the resume action caused this or if the team opened my case in the same time), anyway I'm a bit annoyed because my second message doesn't appear in the case summary, and I can't find a way to feed the case.

I know I didn't done anything wrong to deserve this ban but actually I'm the only one to know this and I'm a bit worried that my not-so-cool message harms me more than anything else.

Have I any options to interact or hope and praise are the only ones ?

    If you've already reached out, then I'd wait for them to get back to you once they're done looking into it. Resuming the case pulls it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to respond.

    If you've already reached out, then I'd wait for them to get back to you once they're done looking into it. Resuming the case pulls it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to respond.
