Black screen

Whenever I go into matches there is a black screen every 3rd game. It forces me to restart my game as nothing happens no matter how long I wait. This then counts as a loss costing me many wins in rivals and champs. This has been happening all year and nothing has been done

    Any time this doesn’t happen, it lets me into the game then the screen freezes causing me to lose my connection and not counting as a game played. This makes it impossible to actually play this game as nothing happens matter what I do, the game kicks me out
