Bought FC points from the store and never got the

Hi

I moved to Canada couple of months ago from Emirates. So my PS account si from emirates. I charged my PSn account with PSN points and bought an FC 25 points card. I have never received it. I suppose it has to do with the region or something. I am not able to reach the PS support emirates. the phone number doesnt work and the live chat is always saying they dont have agent available. I even woke up at 2:30 am here so 11:30am there (time when they open) ad same .

Someone has a solution or a number ...anything?

    If it says 1 under remaining, then unfortunately we can't help and you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon so you can get your points.

    Hey @thiof28,

    Can you quickly double check in your PlayStation order history that you bought points for FC 25 and not FC 24 by accident?

    Hello i just checked and it is fc 25. However further inquiries i saw " remainingg =1" on my ps5 transaction which means PSN never sent the points. I also heard it might be because of sony block when countries are different. I am trying to get ahold of an agent from emirates but impossible

    I accidentally bought fc 24 points thinking it was fc 25 is there anyway I can transfer my points
