'bout saving career mode in fc 25

Hello, I'd like to ask a question. When I'm playing FC 25 career mode on my laptop, the saved career mode file often disappears. This isn't the first or second time it's happened, but it's happened too many times. Sometimes, my old file comes back randomly, replacing the current one. Is there anyone who can explain what's going on and provide a solution? I'm really disappointed about this because FC 25 is one of my favorite games. Thank you.
