Bug on saving tactics/strategies on Xbox One

Is there any update to fix the everlasting issue of saving tactics/strategies for a given team on Xbox One? Screenshot Everytime I try to modify a custom tactic, the selected tact automatically reverts back to to the default one making it impossible to play online games with a custom tactic
