Bug Squad Battles

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a very frustrating issue in the Squad Battles mode on EA FC 25. In a recent match, I was winning 6-0 in the 89th minute when I suddenly got disconnected without any apparent reason, which kicked me out of Ultimate Team. There were no connection issues throughout the game.

I immediately rejoined Ultimate Team, and to my surprise, it showed 0 points for the match. This is extremely frustrating because I was fighting for Elite 1 rank, and I've spent around 4 hours playing the matches. Due to this bug, I won't be able to reach my goal, which is unacceptable.

I contacted customer support, but they redirected me to this forum to seek a solution. I demand a resolution for this issue, as I’ve invested significant time and effort, and it’s unfair to lose progress due to a technical glitch. Please advise on what can be done to fix this.
