Can’t Find Club Items (Kits, Badges, Tifos) in Transfer Market

I’m experiencing an issue in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. When I try to search for club items like kits, badges, or tifos on the Transfer Market, the “League” and “Club” filters are greyed out and unselectable. Because of this, I can’t find specific items like the Galatasaray kit, badge, or tifo.

This issue also exists in the Companion App – either the store doesn’t load at all, or it’s incomplete.

I’ve already confirmed that I have access to the Transfer Market, I’m playing matches regularly, and there are no bans or restrictions on my account.

What should I do to solve this issue?
