Can’t log in

Question

I bought the game end of February to play ultimate team. However instead of signing in with the ea account connected to my Xbox account, I had to make a different ea account due to ea not sending emails for verification so I can sign in. When I did sign in to play, it would give me the option to either receive a verification code through or number but ever sent, so I would back out once and it would give me the option to sign in with another ea account which I did. But recently they changed it so can’t I sign in with another ea account. No ea help articles are related, I don’t know why they changed it. Please help I’m so bored &nbsp;

I have the EXACT same issue. They used to let me sign in on my new account but now I don't get the option to do so. So now I can't play ultimate team at all or any online features. Hope someone knows what to do.

As you go into the game, it gives you the option to verify your log in, you press back and it would usually take you to a screen where you can log into another ea account. Now that feature has gone and can’t access online features&nbsp;
