Hi everyone. I’m trying to upgrade to Ultimate Team in FC25 but I keep getting a message that the store isn’t available at the moment and to try again later. This has been the same for the last few days. I tried to contact support but they sent me here - wondering if anyone else has experienced the same and what the solution is!

If I understand correctly, you receive this error when you go to the Store inside Ultimate Team, is that correct ?
I am having the same or similar issue. I don’t know if he’s referring to star gallery in moments. I can connect to ultimate and have done all the moments challenges except a few but when I try to connect to the gallery it says cannot connect to ea football servers right now. This has been going on for over a month. I’ve gone through the resetting/changing dns/ uninstalling-reinstalling and nothing. Is this a waste of time? Is anyone else able to connect?
