Cancelled FC25 Refund but game removed from my library

Hi, I purchased FC25 from EA and download the game. But I had trouble with the game when I tried to play with my gamepad. So I decided to refund and purchase from Steam. I open a refund request but before it resolved I canceled it and tried to download the game again. Then I had trouble in the download process and I noticed my game was removed from my library because it seems like EA considered my refund is completed. But I did canceled before the refund completion. So I didn't recieve my money and my game is removed from my library. How can I get help about this topic?

    I just ask for a refund on fc 25 because im trying for 3 days and multyple online solution to start the game with no succes. they remove game from my library without refund my money back, i need to wait some more or what should i do i also submit a topic asking for help for not be able to start the game without any reply?

    @aleksandar1990 The refunds can take a couple of days to be processed. If you don't receive the money back in the next few days, please contact EA Help Support.
