cannot conect to EA Servers

Question

I keep getting the "Please reset your password" message when trying to play online.

I've reset it already and still keep getting this message saying it's unable to connect tot he EA servers.

I just bought XBOX Live to play this game, and have restarted the xbox to see if it would work but it is not.

I will unsubscribe and never play xbox again if i cannot play online FIFA. i haven't played xbox in years and this game is the only reason why i am back. but it is not working!

I just followed the chat bot instructions, forgot password, and reset.however, it is still giving me the same message in the game. please help.
