cannot lunch the game

i recently purchase fc25.

played some on PC.

then need to go somewhere, install it on my laptop.

I cannot lunch the game.

when i launch the game, a first it shows launching load on EA App.

then FC 25 logo loading appear.

then small only black windows at top left appear.

then it close by itself.

EA app appear again.

any idea why this happened?
