Unable to enter ultimate-team

It's been 4 days that I can not enter ultimate-team, EA sports your game takes me back to main menu and says unble to connect to servers or enter to ultimate-team is not possible, i tried everything.  DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, we paid for this game
