Can't enter UT, "Title Update" message.

When I try entering UT on PC I get the message in the attachment, but when I re-launch the game I don't get the prompt to install the title update. I tried uninstalling and downloading the game, but it didn't work and I've tried checking for updates, but I already have the latest Title Update. Please help.
