Can't enter UT, "Title Update" message.

Question

When I try entering UT on PC I get the message in the attachment, but when I re-launch the game I don't get the prompt to install the title update. I tried uninstalling and downloading the game, but it didn't work and I've tried checking for updates, but I already have the latest Title Update. Please help.

finally I have solution write in chrome title update 11 fc 25 infity enter to the first link and download the files after that copy the new file in the fc files and enjoy
