Can't even get into the servers- getting stuck on the black disclaimer screen

Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.

If u want to play on PC the steps:

Earn the main screen where u select your account(do not enter)
If u are in the account select screen, turn off your wifi or unplug your Lan cable (RJ45, internet cabel or what ever u call)
Now if u are turned off your wifi or unplugged your Lan cable(RJ45, internet cabel or what ever u call) u can enter your account. With this method you will be launch the game offline.
When you are inside the menu(Ultimate team, Clubs, Manager mode ETC.)turn on the wifi or plug the cable back.
After u turned on wifi or plugged back the Lan cable select Ultimate team and you will be succesfully reconnect to the servers
