Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.

Hello, can someone help me with the bug that happened to me. i've done launching the FC25 like usual, but suddently this img below appear. I can't see my Main Menu. BTW i did re-install the app. any suggestion ? Thankyou so much.

I could log in when i started the game in admin mode

remove the internet cable and open the game, after opening connect the cable back. a temporary solution until they resolve it ✌🏻

Fc 25 is not opening and freeze at where it should first come 26 pre order then login screen but freeze there. And it only showing that this game include optional purchase , fc points unavailable at belgium , conditions and restrictions, purchase of a license and text and or audio etc . No menu options are coming.
